Father god i ask thee to release D of all CURSE, HINDRANCE, BONDAGE and work of the enemy. father release D and S of theri bad habits and ways. father we ask thee to trasform and deliver D. father god minister to D'S heart and mind. father grant him a heart of flesh. I plan to completely quit caffeine on Sunday%u2014I%u2019ve been addicted to that stuff for years and I%u2019ve tried over and over to quit. I need God%u2019s help. Pray that He%u2019ll help me to sleep deeply Saturday and Sunday nights, and that I%u2019ll wake up full of energy. Pray that He%u2019ll restore my adrenal glands and revive my brain, with the right neurotransmitters so it doesn%u2019t need caffeine. Pray that He%u2019ll sharpen my mind and my body and protect me from depression or getting sick, or any other withdrawal symptoms. Also pray that He%u2019ll give me the faith and resolve to quit and to stick it out, and to get rid of all forms of caffeine from the house.

Please pray that God will free me from this depression that I%u2019ve had for years. I want to be completely free from it and filled with the joy and love of the Lord. Also please pray for freedom from fear. I have a lot of fears because of things in the past. A fear of friendships, a fear of rejection, a fear of intimacy and a fear of authority. Pray that I%u2019ll feel accepted and loved by God and that He%u2019ll free me from this sense of failure and that He%u2019ll give me a new identity in Christ. Pray that God will heal my health and free me from a constant fatigue. I also want a renewed hunger and to be able to start worshipping, because I can%u2019t really worship at the place I%u2019m staying.

I have a friend, Ralph, That suffers with depression and anxiety. We have been close friends for a year and sometimes go to church together, walks, shopping etc. We are not a couple but we spend a lot of time together on the weekends. He can be very negative and seems to get little joy out of life. Winter is particularly difficult for him. He isolates and stays home most of the time, when it is cold. Ralph recently picked an argument with me and has not spoken to me since. I know it is, partly, an excuse to just isolate and stay home to lick his wounds, but I have trouble not taking it personally. I am quite hurt and miss our walks etc. I am concerned for his mental health, and frankly my own. There are other things going on for both of us but I will not go into all the details. I know God knows both our needs.

Will you please pray for Arland Wells and his ex-girlfriend (I don't know her name). They have a baby together and the ex-girlfriend is acting out with violence and arguments. Thank You Heavenly Father, for a wonderful day off and for the Thanksgiving vacation. I want to give Thanks to You Lord for always looking after me and always holding me in Your arms when I was depressed and all alone crying next to my pillows. I am unworthy of Your grace and Your gifts but You gave them to me. Thank You Lord, for my family and my friends. You sent these people beside me to comfort me at my difficult times. Lord, please help the broken hearts out there and fill our hearts with Your love. I pray for all the broken hearts, if possible be able to become strong and maybe reconcile with our love ones. Lord, I've been in a very bad broken heart and You know it. I went to church nearly everyday just to pray and talk to You. I know that everything is possible for You to do Lord.
